摘要
基于空气层结构设计了不同纱线原料、不同线圈长度的针织面料,测试了织物回潮率、透湿性、芯吸性能、透气性和保暖性能,并对多组保暖针织物的热湿舒适性能进行了研究。在分析试验数据和结果的基础上,采用模糊综合评价法对织物的热湿舒适性能进行了客观评价。结果表明:罗纹空气层组织的针织物具有良好的服用性能,可用于针织保暖内衣的设计。此外,当纤维组成及混纺比为腈纶/黏胶70/30,组织结构为罗纹空气层(空转×3),线圈长度为9.5时,混纺针织物的热湿舒适性能最优。
Based on the air layer structure,knitted fabrics with different yarn materials and different loop lengths are designed.The fabric moisture regain,moisture permeability,wicking performance,breathability and warmth retention performance are tested to study the thermal and moisture comfort performance of multiple sets of warm knitted fabrics.Based on the experimental data and results analysis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to objectively evaluate the thermal and moisture comfort performance of the fabric.The results show that the ribbed air layer knitted fabric has good wearability and could be used in the design of knitted thermal underwear.In addition,when the fiber composition and blending ratio is acrylic fiber/viscose fiber 70/30,the structure is ribbed air layer(idling×3),and the loop length is 9.5,the thermal and moisture comfort of the blended knitted fabric is the best.
