Research Progress on constructing thrombus nursing prevention and Control System in Orthopedic Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:通过构建中医骨科专科医院血栓护理防控体系,整合VTE预防-风险识别-风险干预-疾病管理的管理方法,形成一套有效的中西医结合的血栓防控体系。方法:成立院内血栓护理防控小组,采用“三阶梯”模式对我院全院护士进行培训。制定血栓防控管理指标、整理中医护理技术、构建院内护理预警预控体系。构建院内血栓防控质量控制指标:风险评估和预防类指标;成本效率相关指标。结果:形成了规范化、标准化并具有中医骨科医院特色的VTE护理防控体系,规范了医院内静脉血栓栓塞症的预防、诊断与治疗,提高了我院PE和DVT的综合防治管理水平。结论:我院创新建立中医骨科血栓护理防控体系,一方面能对院内的血栓进行规范化的管理,提高医疗、护理质量,保障患者安全;另一方面挖掘中医护理技术在血栓防控中的作用,推动中医护理技术在临床中的应用。

Objective:To establish a thrombus prevention and control system in orthopedics hospital of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),to integrate the management methods of VTE prevention,risk identification,risk intervention and disease management,and form an effective prevention and control system of thrombsis that integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:The hospital thrombsis nurising prevention and control group was established,the“three steps”mode was used to train all nurses in our hospital.To formulate the management index of thrombosis prevention and control,sort out the traditonal Chinese medicine nursing techniques,and constructed the early warning and control system of hospital nursing.Quality control indicators for in-hospital thrombosis prevention and control were constructed:risk assessment and prevention indicators;cost efficiency-related indicators.Results:A standardized VTE nursing prevention and control system with the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic hospitals was formed,which standardized the prevention,diagnosis and treatment of VTE in hospital,and improved the comprehensive prevention and management level of PE and DVT in our hospital.Conclusion:Our hospital has innovatively established a nursing prevention and control system of traditional Chinese orthopedic thrombosis.On the one hand,it can standardize the management of thrombosis in the hospital,which improved tthe quality of medical care and nursing care,and ensure patient safety;On the other hand,it can explore the role of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques in clinical practice,and reduce the cost and hospitalization expenses of orthopedic inpatients in thrombosis.
