论《孕育玄机》胎孕各期调护学术思维及经验举隅

Academic Thinking and Experience of Treatment and Nursing in Different Stages of Pregnancy from The Profound Theory of Pregnancy

《孕育玄机》是明代陶本学于1621年编撰完成的中医妇产科专著,对女性各生理阶段常见疾病的病因、病机、诊治和预防均有较为详细的研究和阐述,含有气血为本、男女并重和种子择时等与孕育相关的学术思想,且均符合现代妇产科理念。本文主要对《孕育玄机》中胎孕各期的的调护学术思维进行分析和整理,分产前、临产和产后三个阶段描述调护方法和注意事项,其中“产前大补气血”的观点体现了陶本学治未病的思想,是对中医妇产科理论的突破性发展,表现出对预防性用药的重视,此外本书中还强调调畅情志、食疗以及产后休养等内容,对我国当今妇产科诊治仍具有重要参考价值。

The Profound Theory of Pregnancy is a monograph on obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine compiled and completed by TAO Benxue in the Ming Dynasty in 1621.It has a relatively detailed study and elaboration on the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of common diseases in women in various physiological stages,and it contains academic ideas related to pregnancy,such as Qi and blood as bases,equal emphasis on men and women and ovulation timing,which are all in line with the concept of modern obstetrics and gynecology.This paper mainly analyzes and sorts out the academic thinking of treatment and nursing in each stage of pregnancy from The Profound Theory of Pregnancy,and describes the methods and precautions of treatment and nursing in prenatal,labor and postpartum stages.The ides of“tonifying Qi and blood before delivery”embodies TAO Benxue’s thought of preventive treatment of disease,which is a breakthrough development of the theory of obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,showing the importance of preventive medication.In addition,this book also emphasizes the contents of emotion regulation,diet therapy and postpartum recuperation,which still has important reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of department of obstetrics and gynecology in China.
