探讨《内经》开枢阖理论体系,认识到开枢阖体系为经络学说的重要组成之一,其与十二经脉流注体系不同:在结构上,其体表循行起于四肢而归于头胸腹,是一种向心性的循行,并存在由外到内,由表及里的经气分布规律,补充经气运行的多样性;在功能上,开枢阖属性相同的经脉具有相似的气化功能,可简归为敷布、转输、受纳三方面;在脏腑联系上,因同气相求与阴阳相感,开枢阖属性相同的手之阳经与足之阴经、手之阴经与足之阳经所属之脏腑别通而形成特殊的脏-腑联系。其次,该理论揭示脉中营气流注、脉外卫气运行规律,是对十二经脉的另一种认识体系,拓展了经脉脏腑之间、全身上下内外的联系,为指导针灸选穴拓展临床思路。

With the discussion of the system of opening-pivoting-closing theory recorded in Neijing(Internal Classic),it is realized that this theory is one of the important parts of meridian doctrine,which is different from the system of Qi-blood Circulations of the Twelve Regular Meridian theory.In the aspect of structure,its body surface circulation starts from the limbs and ends in the head,chest and abdomen,which is a centripetal circulation.And there is a distribution law of Qi from the outside to the inside,complementing the diversity of Qi operation.In terms of function,the meridians with the same opening,pivoting and closing attributes have similar Qi functions,which can be simply classified into three categories:application,transmission and reception.As for the connection between zang-fu organs,it is discovered that a quite special connection called“Zang-Fu bietong”exists between the Yang meridian of the hand and the Yin meridian of the foot as long as they have the same properties of the opening,pivoting and closing,and so does it between the Yin meridian of the hand and the Yang meridian of the foot,based on the“Sensation and Response”theory and the theory of“Attraction between Yin and Yang”.And this theory reveals the operation law of the nutrient Qi in the meridians and the defensive Qi outside the meridians.What makes the theory so important lies in that it introduces another recognition system of the twelve regular meridians and provides more choices for clinical acupuncture points selection as it expands the connection between the meridians,viscera and the whole body.
