加味温胆汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压的疗效及对血清MMP9、NO、ET-1水平的影响

Efficacy of Using Modified Wendan Decoction Combined with Losartan Potassium in the Treatment of Essential Hypertension and Its Effect on Serum MMP9, NO, ET-1 Levels

目的:探讨加味温胆汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗原发性高血压(EH)的疗效及对血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月~2020年1月泸州市中医医院收治的原发性高血压患者100例,随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组接受氯沙坦钾治疗,观察组接受加味温胆汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗后中医证状积分、血压水平、血清指标水平和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组中医证状积分、收缩压、舒张压和血清MMP9、ET-1水平明显低于对照组,血清NO水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);本组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:加味温胆汤联合氯沙坦钾治疗EH疗效确切,可有效改善中医症状,控制血压水平,调节血清MMP9、NO、ET-1水平,且安全性高,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of using Modified Wendan Decoction combined with Losartan Potassium in the treatment of essential hypertension(EH)and the treatment of serum matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9),nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)levels of influence.Methods:100 EH patients admitted to our hospital(January 2018 to January 2020)were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The controlled group(n=50)received Losartan Potassium treatment,and the observation group(n=50)received Modified Wendan Decoction combined with Losartan Potassium treatment.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores,blood pressure levels,serum index levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and serum MMP9,ET-1 levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the controlled group,and the serum levels of NO were significantly higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in this group of patients.Conclusion:Modified Wendan Decoction combined with Losartan Potassium has a definite effect in the treatment of EH.It can effectively improve TCM symptoms,control blood pressure levels,and regulate serum MMP9,NO,ET-1 levels.It has high safety and is worthy of promotion.
