中西医综合疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者炎症反应、免疫功能及血液流变学的影响

Effect of Integrated Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on inflammatory Response, Immune Function and Hemorheology for Patients with Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:研究探讨中西医综合疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者炎症反应、免疫功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取2015年9~2020年9月永清县中医医院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者100例展开研究,以信封法随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例,对照组给予常规西医疗法治疗,观察组采取中西医综合疗法治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子、免疫功能指标、血液流变学指标、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为92.00%(46/50),高于对照组患者的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的炎症因子超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-17(IL-17)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞变形指数、纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为14.00%(7/50)、8.00%(4/50),差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中西医综合疗法对慢性盆腔炎患者治疗效果良好,能够改善患者炎症反应水平,提高患者免疫功能,降低患者血液流变学指标,治疗安全性良好,可临床推荐。

Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive therapy of Chinese and western medicine on inflammatory response,immune function and hemorheology for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:100 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Yongqing Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(50 cases)and a controlled group(50 cases)by envelope method.The controlled group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,immune function indexes,hemorheology indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%(46/50),which was higher than 74.00%(37/50)of the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-17 and TGF-βin the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group,and CD_(8)^(+) was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deformation index and fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the controlled group were 14.00%(7/50)and 8.00%(4/50),respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine has a good effect for patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can improve the level of inflammatory reaction,improve the immune function of patients,reduce the hemorheological indexes of patients,and has good safety,which can be recommended in clinical practice.
