基于筋膜理论,探讨筋膜理论在男科生理、病理及临床诊治的发挥和运用,阐述在筋膜理论指导下尹周安老师以“柔韧宗筋”为总则,运用疏肝法、清肝法、温肝法、补肝法诊治男科疾病的临床经验,为男科诊疗拓展新的思路。

Based on the fascia theory,this paper discusses the application of fascia theory in physiology,pathology and clinical diagnosis and treatment of andrology.Under the guidance of fascia theory,Professor YIN Zhou’an’s clinical experience in treating andrology diseases with the methods of soothing liver,clearing liver,warming liver and tonifying liver,taking“Pliable and Tough Fascia”as the general principle,is expounded to expand new ideas for andrology diagnosis and treatment.
