Experience of Professor LEI Xiao Who has Treated Diabetes

雷枭教授是四川省名中医,学验俱丰,擅长于糖尿病的治疗,次均门诊近百人,享誉川北。糖尿病属于慢性病,临床上病症复杂,标本虚实互见,雷枭教授认为在治疗中要谨守病机,四诊合参,随病症变化调整处方;多采用健脾益气化浊、补肾祛瘀通络之法;在临证用药时慎用苦寒,提倡中西医治疗,结合现代药理研究;并根据不同病程阶段选用合适的方剂剂型,重视与患者沟通,提高依从性。本文通过对雷枭教授治疗糖尿病的经验进行总结,分析其遣方用药特点,以飧同道。

Professor LEI Xiao,who is a famous TCM doctor in Sichuan Province with rich experience,is good at the treatment of diabetes.He has nearly 100 outpatients in each time and is well known in northern Sichuan.Diabetes is a chronic disease with complicated clinical symptoms,and the symptoms of the symptoms are different from each other.Professor LEI Xiao believes that in the treatment,we should be carefully observe the disease mechanism,make reference to the four diagnoses,and adjust the prescriptions according to the changes of the disease.We should adopt the method of strengthening the spleen,benefiting the Qi and resolving turbidity,tonifying the kidney and dispelling blood stasis,and opening the ligaments.We should be cautious in the use of bitter cold in the clinical evidence,and advocate the treatment of Chinese and western medicine,combine with modern pharmacological research.Wwe should choose the appropriate formulas according to the different stages of the disease,and pay attention to communication with the patients to improve compliance.This paper summarizes Professor LEI’s experience in the treatment of diabetes,and analyzes the characteristics of prescription and medication to provide reference.
