川芎茶调散加味联合西药治疗风痰阻络型周围性神经炎的疗效及对面神经功能、炎症反应的影响

Efficacy of Using Modified Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Wind-phlegm Obstructing Collaterals Type Peripheral Neuritis and Its Influence on Facial Nerve Function and Inflammatory Response

目的:探究川芎茶调散加味联合西药治疗风痰阻络型周围性神经炎的疗效及对面神经功能、炎症反应的影响。方法:选取2019年8月~2020年8月于我院就诊的106例风痰阻络周围性神经炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为川芎茶调散组56例与西药治疗组50例,西药治疗组患者口服维生素B;片与甲钴胺胶囊进行治疗,川芎茶调散组患者在西药治疗组的治疗基础上给予川芎茶调散加味,治疗7天后对比两组患者治疗前后的疗效及对面神经功能、炎症反应的影响。结果:治疗后川芎茶调散组临床总有效率高于西药治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者面部表情、眼裂闭合程度、鼻唇沟变浅程度、口角歪斜程度、额纹消失程度等症状积分均下降,且川芎茶调散组治疗后上述症状积分均低于西药治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者动态对称性评分均上升,静态对称性评分均下降,且川芎茶调散组治疗后动态对称性评分高于西药治疗组,静态对称性评分低于西药治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者眼轮匝肌、鼻肌、口轮匝肌健患侧波幅比值均上升,且川芎茶调散组治疗后上述部位健患侧波幅比值均高于西药治疗组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平均下降,且川芎茶调散组治疗后上述炎症因子水平均低于西药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:川芎茶调散加味联合西药治疗疗效良好,可有效恢复患者面神经功能,减轻机体炎性反应。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of using Modified Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder combined with western medicine in the treatment of wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals type peripheral neuritis and its influence on facial nerve function and inflammatory response.Methods:A total of 106 patients with wind-phlegm obstructing collaterals type peripheral neuritis who were treated in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into a Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder group(56 cases)and a western medicine treatment group(50 cases).Patients in the western medicine treatment group were treated with Vitamin B1 Tablets and Mecobalamin Capsules orally,and patients in the Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder group were combined with Modified Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder on the basis of western medicine treatment group.After 7 days of treatment,the efficacy and influence on facial nerve function and inflammatory response were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder group was higher than that of the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of symptoms such as facial expression,palpebral fissure closure,shallowness of nasolabial sulcus,deviated mouth and disappearance of forehead wrinkles were decreased in the two groups of patients,and the scores of above-mentioned symptoms of the Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder group were lower than those of the western medicine treatment group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the dynamic symmetry score of the two groups was increased while the static symmetry score was decreased,and the dynamic symmetry score of the Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder group after treatment was higher than that of the western medicine treatment group while the static symmetry score was lower than that of the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the amplitude ratios of orbicularis oculi,nasalis,orbicularis oris of affected side and healthy side were increased in the two groups of patients,and the amplitude ratios of the above parts of affected side and healthy side after treatment in the Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder group were higher than those in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of white blood cells(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)were decreased in the two groups,and the levels of the above-mentioned inflammatory factors in the Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder group were lower than those in the western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder combined with western medicine has a good therapeutic efficacy,and it can effectively restore the facial nerve function and relieve the body’s inflammatory response.
