肿瘤内科患者的护理安全管理策略探讨

The Study of Nursing Safety Management Strategy of Oncology Patients

目的探讨肿瘤内科患者常见的护理安全问题及护理管理策略分析。方法选择本院收治的292例肿瘤住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各146例。对照组患者给予临床常规护理,研究组患者则在分析护理安全问题基础上加强针对性护理管理。护理结束后比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组患者护理安全问题总发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者焦虑及抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对临床肿瘤住院患者采用针对性护理管理干预,有利于缓解患者不良情绪,有效降低不安全事件的发生率,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective This study aimed to discuss the patients’common nursing safety problems in oncology wards and the nursing management analysis.Methods A total of 92 patients hospitalized in oncology wards were divided into two groups randomly,46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the test group received enhanced nursing management after analyzing nursing safety problems.The final nursing effects were compared.Results The incidence rate of safety accident,the degree of anxious and despondent,the degree of satisfaction in test group were much lower than those in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The targeted nursing management intervention in oncology wards could relieve negative emotion,cut down the incidence rate of safety accident,and improve the degree of nursing satisfaction.
