摘要
随着新一轮基础教育改革和新高考改革方案的实施,在中学推行导师制这种教育管理模式的必要性日益凸显。本研究在参考国内有关中学导师制文献的基础上,从导师制的概念与特点、导师制的起源与发展、中学导师制的核心优势、中学导师制的实施方式以及目前中学导师制存在的问题等方面进行了详细的阐述,可以为导师制在国内中学的推行提供有益的参考。
With the implementation of the new round of basic education reform and the new college entrance examination reform program,it becomes increasingly necessary to carry out the tutorial system in middle schools.Based on the domestic literature on the tutorial system in middle schools,this study elaborated on the concept and characteristics of the tutorial system,the origin and development of the tutorial system,the core advantages of the tutorial system in middle schools,the implementation mode of the tutorial system in middle schools and the problems existing in the current tutorial system in middle schools,which could provide useful reference for the better implementation of the tutorial system in domestic middle schools.
