摘要
《论语》中孔子的"德"有四个意向,即"生、道、治、心",其"德治"有三条进路,即生活进路、制度进路与心灵进路。学界常关注其德的"治"与"心",以"心"统"治";把"生"作"性",内含"天命"中;把"道"作"言",推扩"文章"中;重视其德治的社会进程,遮蔽其人生进程。此以其进德之序,推引他的德治理想,沿"道"贯通其"礼"之生活进路、"法"之制度进路与"仁"之心灵进路,树立"圣"的生命典范,规制"王"与"民"的文化实践。
Confucius’virtue in The Analects has four intentions of the life,the way,the management and the heart.The rule of virtue contains such three routes as life approach,system approach and mind approach.The academic circles often pay more attention to its managing and heart.They govern managing with heart,regard life contained in the destiny,as nature,view the way as language in the articles.Social process of rule of virtue is valued while its life process is covered.A life model of the sage is set up and cultural practice of the king and the subjects are regulated by introducing his ideal of rule of virtue and joining the life approach of the ritual,the system approach of the law and the mind approach of the benevolence in the sequence of learning virtue.
