摘要
通过研究梅叶冬青插条不同粗细程度、ABT-1生根溶液浓度、土壤基质类型对插条生根率的影响,选择最优的处理组合。研究结果表明:随着扦插时间的推移,扦插68d后,5.5cm^10cm插条的生根率高于3.5cm^5.4cm和2.0cm^3.4cm的生根率;ABT-1溶液浓度对插条生根率的影响随着扦插时间的增加而变化,扦插40d,生根率随着溶液浓度的增加先减小后增加;扦插68d后,生根率随着溶液浓度的增加先增加后减少;在扦插40d后和68d后,采用河沙基质的插条生根率均大于壤土基质,但随着扦插时间的增加差距在缩小。最优插条生根率是3.5cm^5.4cm+1000mg/L+河沙的处理组合,生根率为72.7%,随着时间推移,5.5cm^10cm+1000mg/L+壤土、3.5cm^5.4cm+150mg/L+壤土这2个处理组合均有较好的生根率。
By studying the effect of the different thickness of cuttings,the concentration of ABT-1 solutions and the soil matrix type on the rooting rate of cuttings,the optimal treatment combination was selected.The results showed that the root rate of cuttings with 5.5cm^10 cm was higher than the cuttings with 3.5cm^5.4 cm and 2.0cm^3.4cm after 68 days of cutting.The effect of ABT-1 solution concentration on the rooting rate of cuttings varied with the increase of cutting time.After 40 days of cutting,the rooting rate of cuttings decreased with the increase of solution concentration,and then increased.After 68 days of cutting,the rooting rate of cut-tings increased with the increase of solution concentration and then decreased.After 40 and 68 days of cutting,the rooting rate of cuttings of river sand-based was greater than that of loam-based,but the gap narrowed with the increase of cutting time.The combination of the highest rooting rates of cuttings was 3.5cm^5.4 cm+1000 mg/L+river sand,with a rooting rate of 72.7%.Over time,however,5.5cm^10 cm+1000 mg/L+load and 3.5cm^5.4 cm+150 mg/L+load,both combinations had a better rooting rate.
