高校人才培养模式的构建是当前我国高等教育深化改革的重要一环。人才培养质量是高等教育质量的重要标志,是高校生存和发展的基础。文章通过界定应用型人才和人才培养模式的内涵,梳理教育界关于应用型人才培养的研究成果,探讨应用型人才培养模式的构成要素,并就应用型人才培养模式的构建问题提出相应的对策。

The construction of talent training mode in colleges and universities is an important link in the deepening reform of China’s higher education.The quality of talent training is the first embodiment of the quality of higher education and the basis for the exictance and development of colleges and universities.The article first defines the connotation of applied talents and talent training mode,sorts the research results of applied talents training,discusses the core content and elements of applied talents training mode,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures on the construction of applied talents training mode.
