摘要
本文采用磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)通过溶液上浆法对碳纤维(CF)进行上浆,并对不同浓度上浆剂改性脱浆T300单丝表面形貌,SPEEK上浆后CF的热稳定性及上浆前后CF/PEEK复合材料的界面性能进行了表征。通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察不同浓度上浆剂改性脱浆T300单丝的SEM表面形貌,得到最佳上浆剂浓度;采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析确定SPEEK上浆剂成功附着在CF表面;采用热失重分析(TGA)研究了SPEEK上浆后CF的热稳定性,确定其在CF/PEEK复合材料的成型温度下稳定不分解;采用微脱粘试验研究上浆前后CF/PEEK复合材料的界面剪切强度。结果表明,制得的磺化PEEK上浆剂的最佳浓度为0.07g/L;同时,SPEEK上浆后CF具有良好的热稳定性并且SPEEK上浆可以有效提高CF/PEEK的界面性能。
In this paper,SPEEK was used to size CF by solution process.The surface morphology,thermal stability and interfacial properties of composite were analyzed and characterized.The best concentration of sizing agent is obtained by observe the surface morphology through SEM.FTIR was used to determine that SPEEK was successfully adhered onto the surface of CF.Thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the thermal stability of SPEEK sized CF,thus determining it was stable and unable to decompose during the molding process of CF/PEEK composite.Micro-debonding test was used to study the interfacial shear strength of CF/PEEK before and after sizing.The results show that the best concentertion of sizing agent is 0.07 g/L.At the same time,SPEEK sized CF shows good thermal stability and it was found that the sizing agent SPEEK can effectively improve the interfacial properties of CF/PEEK composites.
