加速康复外科在小儿外科的临床应用

Clinical Application of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Pediatric Surgery

加加速康复外科(ERAS)理念自提出以来,在国内外广泛推广应用,目前已在成人外科应用较为成熟,但在小儿外科领域的应用相对匮乏,只有极少数关于小儿外科加速康复的报道。本文就目前小儿外科加速康复理念的临床应用情况简要汇总,发现ERAS在小儿外科临床应用过程中缺乏充足的循证医学证据、缺少专业的ERAS-MDT团队及权威的小儿外科ERAS指南。但随着小儿加速康复外科研究的不断进行,小儿外科ERAS一定会发展的越来越好。

ERAS concept has been widely applied at home and abroad since it was proposed,and has been widely applied in adult surgery.Its role in accelerating rehabilitation has been widely recognized,but its application in pediatric surgery is relatively scarce,and there are only a few reports on pediatric surgery accelerating rehabilitation.It is generally believed that the relevant measures to accelerate the concept of rehabilitation surgery are conducive to the rapid recovery of children after surgery.This paper briefly summarizes the clinical application of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation in pediatric surgery.
