行高强度聚焦超声子宫肌瘤消融术的子宫内膜容受性、性激素水平的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Endometrial Receptivity and Sex Hormone Levels in Uterine Fibroid Ablation with High Intensity Focused Ultrasound

目的研究高强度聚焦超声子宫肌瘤消融术(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤患者后,对子宫内膜容受性、性激素水平、妊娠结局产生的影响。方法选取2019年1月—2020年6月间本院收诊的100例子宫肌瘤患者,根据患者自愿选择的手术治疗方式进行分组,其中50例患者实施腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术,将其划入对比组;剩余50例患者实施HIFU,划入观察组,比较两组子宫肌瘤患者在接受不同手术方式治疗前后子宫内膜容受性情况和性激素水平变化情况以及妊娠结局。结果术前两组患者组间互比内膜厚度、容积以及各项性激素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(2)术后:观察组内膜厚度、容积以及各项性激素水平恢复程度显著优于对比组(P<0.05);(3)术前和术后组内互比内膜厚度、容积以及各项性激素水平恢复程度得到显著的改善(P<0.05)。结论HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤后对妊娠的影响小,效果更加理想,为此更具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the HIFU of high intensity focused ultrasound in the treatment of uterine leiomyoma,effects on endometrial receptivity,sex hormone level and pregnancy outcome.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,100 cases of uterine leiomyoma were collected in the hospital,According to the patient’s voluntary choice of surgical treatment,of these,50 patients underwent laparoscopic myomectomy,into the contrast group,HIFU,of the remaining 50 patients into the observation group,The endometrial receptivity,sex hormone level and pregnancy outcome of the two groups of hysteromyoma before and after different surgical treatment.Results(1)There was a slight difference in intimal thickness,volume and sex hormone levels between the two groups before operation(P>0.05);(2)After operation,the recovery of intimal thickness,volume and sex hormone levels in the observation group was significantly better than that in the contrast group(P<0.05);(3)the recovery of intimal thickness,volume and sex hormone levels in the observation group was significantly improved before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion HIFU treatment of uterine leiomyoma has little effect on pregnancy and is more effective.
