用药指导对糖尿病患者用药安全和效果的影响

Influence of Medication Instruction on the Safety and Efficacy of Medication in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究用药指导对糖尿病患者用药安全和效果的影响。方法以本院选取的136例糖尿病患者按照随机数字表法分组,对照组、观察组各68例,对照组用药期间予以常规干预、观察组用药指导干预,比较治疗效果、血糖相关指标、不良反应、糖尿病自我管理能力(the Summary Diabetes Self-Care Activities Measure,SDSCA)评分、用药依从性差异。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率更高;干预后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平、不良反应发生率更低;SDSCA评分、用药依从率更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病患者治疗期间进行用药指导,能最大程度提升患者用药依从性,改善血糖水平,增强患者自我管理能力,减少不良反应发生,保障治疗效果。

Objective To explore the influence of medication guidance on the safety and efficacy of medication in patients with diabetes Mellitus.Methods 136 patients with diabetes were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,68 patients in the control group and 68 patients in the observation group,differences in treatment outcomes,blood glucose-related parameters,adverse reactions,the Diabetes self-Care Activities Measure(SDSCA)scores,and drug adherence were compared.Results Compared with the Control Group,the Observation Group had higher treatment efficiency,lower fasting blood glucose,2 hours Postprandial Blood Glucose and Glycated hemoglobin level,lower incidence of adverse reactions,higher SDSCA score and compliance rate with medication,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The medication guidance for the patients with diabetes can improve the compliance of medication,improve the blood sugar level,enhance the self-management ability of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and ensure the treatment effect.
