摘要
目的探讨房颤中心多学科团队规范化管理模式临床实践效果。方法采用随机数字表法分别选取房颤中心开设前(2017年1—11月)、开设后(2017年12月—2018年10月)在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院心内科病房住院的房颤患者100例作为对照组、观察组。对照组患者接受常规诊疗和护理,观察组患者接受多学科团队规范化管理。比较房颤中心开设前后心内科病房房颤患者收治量及两组患者出院后1年内再住院次数、脑梗死等栓塞事件发生率、满意度评分。结果房颤中心开设前、后心内科病房房颤患者收治量分别为342、419例,同比上涨22.51%。观察组患者出院后1年内再住院次数少于对照组,脑梗死等栓塞事件发生率低于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论房颤中心多学科团队规范化管理有利于促进房颤患者及时就诊、规范化治疗,减少房颤患者再住院次数及脑梗死等栓塞事件的发生,提高房颤患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of standardized management of multidisciplinary team in Atrial Fibrillation Center in clinical practice.Methods By random number table method,100 inpatients with atrial fibrillation were selected as control group from January to November 2017(before establishing Atrial Fibrillation Center),100 inpatients as observation group from December 2017 to October 2018(after establishing Atrial Fibrillation Center)in Gulou Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Nanjing University.Patients in control group received routine diagnosis,treatment and nursing care,while patients in observation group received standardized management of multidisciplinary team.Patient admission amount before and after establishing of Atrial Fibrillation Center was compared,meanwhile number of re-hospitalizations within 1 year after discharge,incidence of embolic events(such as cerebral infarction)and patient satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results Patient admission amount was respectively 342 and 419 before and after establishing Atrial Fibrillation Center,with a year-on-year growth of 22.51%.Number of re-hospitalizations within 1 year after discharge in observation group was statistically significantly less than that in control group,incidence of embolic events(such as cerebral infarction)in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control grouCp,while pnatient satisfaction score in observation group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).onclusio Standardized management of multidisciplinary team in Atrial Fibrillation Center is helpful to promote the doctors’office visiting in time and standardized treatment,reduce the number of re-hospitalizations and risk of embolic events(such as cerebral infarction),improve the patients’satisfaction.
