焙烧炉分料箱对CO3上升管流场的影响分析

摘要 氢氧化铝气态悬浮焙烧炉空间结构复杂,设备总高度是制约投资成本的关键因素。焙烧炉系统中分料箱的位置直接影响设备高度,是设计关注的重点内容之一。本文借助DPM模型,首次模拟分析了气态悬浮焙烧炉在带料烘炉时CO3上升管中气固两相流的温度场和速度场。通过对比分析发现,分料箱位置对此处结构的流场影响不大,固相颗粒对气相的反作用可以忽略不计,因此可以优化分料箱的位置,从而降低焙烧炉设备总高度,减少设备和构框架投资。 The space structure of aluminum hydrate gaseous suspension calciner is complex,and the total height of equipment is a key factor that restricts the investment cost.The position of feeding boxes in the calciner system directly affects the equipment height,so it is one of the important aspects of design.By means of DPM model,the temperature field and velocity field of gas-solid two-phase flow in CO3 riser are simulated and analyzed for the first time,in the case of the dry-out of gaseous suspension calciner with charge.Through comparative analysis,it is found that the position of feeding boxes has little effect on the flow field of the structure,and the reaction of solid particles on the gas phase can be ignored.Therefore,the position of feeding boxes can be optimized,so as to reduce the total height of the calciner equipment and cut down the investment in equipment and structural framing.
