乡村社会企业家和双重“经纪人”:致富带头人的角色冲突及调适策略——以广西Y村为例

Rural Social Entrepreneurs and Dual "Brokers":The Role Conflict and Adjustment Strategies of the Leaders in Getting Rich——Taking Y Village in Guangxi as an Example

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,以青年为主力的农村致富带头人队伍逐渐成为全面振兴乡村的关键力量,是推动产业发展、促进农户增收的重要主体。结合广西Y村的乡村发展实践,研究发现,致富带头人在乡村产业发展中主要扮演着乡村社会企业家和双重“经纪人”两类角色。作为乡村社会企业家,致富带头人既要面对市场承担发展乡村产业的经济责任,又要基于互惠原则履行带动农户发展的社会使命;作为双重“经纪人”,需要承接来自政府和农户的双重期望。然而在其角色扮演过程中,还存在因致富带头人发展乡村产业的自主规划与乡镇政府统筹规划存在矛盾而引发的角色间冲突,以及道德自觉弱化和“政府代理人”显现的两类角色内冲突。因此,需要从社会和个体两个层面提出相应的调适策略,缓解致富带头人的角色冲突,为高质量推进乡村振兴提供人才支持。

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the team of leaders in getting rich in rural areas,with young people as the main force,has gradually become a key force in revitalizing the countryside in an all-round way,and an important subject to promote industrial development and increase farmers’income.Combined with the rural development practice of Y Village in Guangxi,the study found that the leaders of getting rich mainly play two roles of rural social entrepreneurs and dual“brokers”in the development of rural industries.As a rural social entrepreneur,the leader of getting rich must not only take on the economic responsibility of developing rural industries in the face of the market,but also fulfill the social mission of driving the development of farmers based on the principle of reciprocity;as a double“broker”,it is necessary to undertake the double expectations from the government and farmers.However,in the process of role-playing,there are also conflicts between the roles caused by the contradiction between the independent planning of the leaders to develop rural industries and the overall planning of the township government,as well as two kinds of conflicts within the roles caused by the weakening of moral consciousness and the emergence of“government agents”.Therefore,it is necessary to put forward corresponding adjustment strategies from both the social and individual levels to alleviate the role conflict of the leaders in getting rich,and provide talent support for the high-quality promotion of rural revitalization.
