新工科背景下学习过程追踪评价体系研究与实践 被引量:1

摘要 培养高素质复合型"新工科"人才是目前高等教育面临的一项新的挑战。引入闭环控制理论思想,采用学习过程追踪评价体系,提出、试行了一种正反馈式的课堂教学质量提升方法。以计算机控制系统(双语)课程为例,采取"勤动笔、重复习、抓重点、善讨论"等措施,教学过程中不断评价反馈和优化。结果表明,学生主动学习意识大幅提高,自学能力有所增强,创新思维得到正确引导,教学改革效果显著。 It is a new challenge for advanced education to reform the current talent training mode and cultivate high quality compound new engineering talents.Based on the closed-loop control principle in Cybernetic,a positive feedback education promotion method was proposed and put on trial,which is monitored by a learning process tracking evaluation system.Taking the course of Computer Control System(Bilingual)as an example,detailed measures have been taken,including students taking notes frequently,reviewing their lessons timely,grasping key-points and having more discussions.The teaching process is continuously evaluated and then optimized according to feedback.Practice shows that the students now have a more active attitude towards learning,their autonomous learning abilities have been promoted,their innovation thinking is on a right track,and the teaching efficiency has obviously been improved.
