摘要
阐述了Z向低速包容能量指标的计算方法,通过对比得出轮胎结构、载荷和胎压对Z向低速包容能量的影响。通过对实车主客观测试数据与Z向低速包容能量指标的相关性分析得出,在粗糙沥青路面和小台阶冲击工况下实车表现与台架特性指标具有强相关性,说明轮胎Z向低速包容能量指标可以用于评估实车特定工况下的平顺性水平,促进了对轮胎低速包容特性的有效应用。
Described the calculation method of tire Z direction low speed enveloping energy parameter,and introduced the influence by tire construction,test load and pressure.Correlation analysis between vehicle objective/subjective test data and tire low speed enveloping energy parameter shows high relationships when vehicle test on the rough asphalt pavement and the small steps impact pavement,it makes possible to use tire Z direction low speed enveloping energy parameter to evaluate the vehicle ride performance on several specific conditions,and it created a method for vehicle development by use tire low speed enveloping characteristics.
