科学技术评价伴随着科学技术活动产生而形成,目的是对科学技术活动及其产出价值进行判断,科技创新评价是其中的重要环节,并在科技创新时代背景下显得尤为重要。文章围绕科技创新评价研究进展进行了调研,重点阐述了科技创新主体评价和科技创新成果评价方法,分析了科技创新评价的现状,并针对已有进展和不足进行了评述与展望,以期为了解科技创新评价动态和研判创新评价发展方向提供参考。

The purpose of science and technology evaluation is to judge the value of science and technology activities and their outputs,of which science and technology innovation(STI)evaluation is an important part.This paper conducts systematic research on the progress of STI evaluation,highlights the key elements and main evaluation methods,analyzes the current situation of related research,and the progress and challenges are addressed with comments and outlook.This paper provides a reference for understanding the dynamics of STI evaluation and judging its development direction.
