Internationalization and Localization of Information Science Education in China in the New Era

以新时代我国情报学教育发展为情境,回应我国情报学教育国际化和本土化发展现实问题,对推进情报学教育健康发展具有参考意义。结合当前情报学教育的国内外环境,梳理情报学教育发展的历史逻辑和现实困境,反思情报学教育在国际化和本土化取向的问题。立足我国情报学教育国际化与本土化发展的机遇与挑战,情报学教育应当坚持“大情报”视野下的教育体系建设;情报事业发展需求是我国情报学教育的出发点和归宿,以此为前提,情报学教育应进一步拓展国际化视野;同时,加强中国特色情报学教育话语的传承和影响力,做好情报学教育国际化与本土化的平衡。

In the context of the development of information science education in China in the new era,it is of significance to respond to the real problems of the internationalization and localization of information science education in China.Combined with the current domestic and foreign environment of information science education,this paper sorts out the historical logic and realistic dilemma of information science education,and reflects on the orientation of information science education in internationalization and localization.Based on the opportunities and challenges of internationalization and localization,information science education should adhere to the construction of the education system under the vision of“big information”.The development demand of information issues is the starting point and destination of information science education in China.On this premise,information science education should expand its international vision.Meanwhile,we should strengthen the inheritance and influence of information science education discourse with Chinese characteristics and balance the progress of internationalization and localization of information science education.
