基于KANO模型的智慧图书馆用户数据资源需求研究 被引量:1

User Data Resource Demand of Smart Library Based on KANO Model

摘要 【目的/意义】从数据资源角度分析以了解智慧图书馆用户的需求,为智慧图书馆用户提供更加精准的服务。【方法/过程】通过文献调研法总结智慧图书馆中数据资源的属性特征,利用问卷调查法和KANO模型对智慧图书馆用户需求分类,结合Better-Worse满意度指数对用户需求进行优先度排序。【结果/结论】从智慧图书馆中的数据资源角度分析用户需求,将其划分为魅力型、期望型、必备型与无差异型,针对用户不同类型需求提出智慧图书馆数据资源优化的策略。【创新/局限】本文分析了用户对智慧图书馆数据资源的需求,以文献调研结果作为量表指标比较片面,未来考虑增加实际案例来作为量表指标确定的依据。 【Purpose/significance】From the perspective of data resources to understand the needs of smart library users,and provide users with more accurate services.【Method/process】The characteristics of data resources in the smart library are summarized by literature research,the user needs of the smart library are classified by questionnaire survey and KANO model,and the user needs are prioritized by combining the Better-Worse satisfaction index analysis.【Result/conclusion】From the perspective of data resources in smart library,the user needs are analyzed and divided into charm type,expectation type,necessity type and indifference type,and the optimization strategy of data resources in smart library is proposed according to different types of user needs.【Innovation/limitation】This paper analyzes users'demand for data resources of smart library,and takes literature survey results as a partial source of scale indicators.In the future,it is considered to add practical cases as the basis for determining scale indicators.
