基于模糊层次分析法的虚拟学术社区用户知识交流效果评价研究

【目的/意义】明确虚拟学术社区用户知识交流效果评价指标,对用户服务质量提升,优化社区结构等工作具有重要意义。【方法/过程】构建虚拟学术社区用户知识交流效果评价指标体系,在此基础上采用模糊层次分析法对虚拟学术社区用户知识交流的效果进行研究,并以科研公众号为例进行验证。【结果/结论】研究结果表明,用户心理因素对知识交流效果影响最为重大,而平台因素在特定场景下发挥重要作用。

【Purpose/significance】It is of great significance to clarify the evaluation indexes of knowledge exchange effect of virtual academic community users for improving the quality of user service and optimizing community structure.【Method/process】Based on the evaluation index system of virtual academic community users’knowledge exchange effect,this paper studies the effect of virtual academic community users’knowledge exchange by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and validates it with the public number of scientific research as an example.【Result/conclusion】The results show that user psychological factors have the most significant impact on the effect of knowledge exchange,and platform factors play an important role in specific scenarios.
