中药封包在急诊老年急性胃肠炎患者中的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in emergency elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis

目的观察中药封包在急诊老年急性胃肠炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年11月-2018年10月广州中医药大学第一附属医院急诊科收治的急诊老年急性胃肠炎患者60例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在对照组基础上采用中药封包外敷腹部,比较2组临床疗效、症状改善时间及护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%高于对照组的76.67%(χ2=7.560,P<0.01)。观察组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论中药封包用于急诊老年急性胃肠炎患者可有效改善症状,缩短症状缓解时间,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in emergency elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis.Methods 60 elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to October 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing method,the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation to the abdomen on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,symptom relief time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(76.67%)(χ2=7.560,P<0.01).The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation can effectively improve symptoms,shorten the symptom relief time and improve nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with acute gastroenteritis,it is worthy of clinical application.
