摘要
近年来随着积极心理学对二语习得情绪研究的影响日增,国内外学者逐渐更多关注外语学习者的正性情绪及其影响机制。本研究选取北京市某高校646名非英语专业本科一年级学生作为研究对象,通过焦点式写作考察了影响大学生外语(课堂)愉悦的教师因素。研究借助NVivo 11.0软件对焦点式写作文本进行开放式编码和节点归类统计,发现影响大学生外语愉悦情绪的教师因素主要归属于教师课堂活动组织、教师个性特征、教师教学技能、教学内容和教师支持五大类。研究结果能为我国教师建构积极的外语课堂环境提供有益启示。
With the increasing influence of Positive Psychology on emotion research in second language acquisition,researchers abroad and at home gradually focus on positive emotions of L2 learners and their influential factors.This study examined the teacher-related factors in Chinese university students’Foreign Language(Classroom)Enjoyment through the focused essay technique.Six hundred and forty-six first-year non-English major students from a university in Beijing participated in the study.The data were analyzed by means of open coding calculation and classification of different teacher-related factors using the software NVivo 11.0.Results showed that the teacher-related factors could be classified into five main categories,including classroom activity organization,teacher characteristics,teacher skills,teaching content,and teacher support.This exploratory study offers valuable pedagogical implications for EFL teachers on how to create positive foreign language classrooms in China.
