摘要
钢筋锈蚀程度是评价混凝土耐久性和安全性的关键内容,针对实际工程中钢筋锈蚀检测方法中存在的问题,采用电阻层析成像(ERT)技术,搭建了16电极的ERT系统,采用埋入式电极注入电流采集电压的方式获取成像数据,运用基于共轭梯度法的电阻成像技术进行图像重构,完成了混凝土钢筋锈蚀无损检测的试验设计与研究。结果表明:ERT方法可以对混凝土的钢筋锈蚀状况进行可视化处理,能定性分析钢筋锈蚀的区域范围。该研究可为混凝土钢筋锈蚀无损检测提供新的思路和参考。
The durability and safety of concrete structures have always been a hot topic of research.The degree of corrosion of steel is a key part in evaluating the durability and safety of concrete.Aiming at the problems existing in the steel bar corrosion detection method in actual engineering,this paper uses electrical resistance tomography(ERT)technology to obtain imaging data by using embedded electrodes to inject current to collect voltage based on the 16-electrode ERT system.The image reconstruction was carried out by using the resistance imaging method based on the conjugate gradient method.The experimental design and research on the nondestructive testing of concrete reinforcement corrosion was completed based on the above-mentioned method.The results show that the ERT method can visualize the corrosion condition of concrete reinforcement and can qualitatively analyze the range of steel corrosion area.This study can provide new ideas and references for nondestructive testing of concrete reinforcement corrosion.
