摘要
对某双层索系光伏支架的结构设计进行了概括总结,重点介绍了该索系结构的分析、设计与优化。利用结构分析设计软件SAP2000对不同直径的索和预张力进行参数化分析,选取合理的索直径和预张力对索系结构进行优化设计。详细介绍了双层索系光伏支架设计过程中的主要荷载,列举了刚度组合工况和强度组合工况,展示了结构的前30阶模态及变形云图。结果可为类似工程的选型及设计提供参参考。
This paper summarizes the structural design of a double-layer cable photovoltaic support,with emphasis on the analysis,design and optimization of the cable structure.Using the structural analysis and design software SAP2000,the parametric analysis of cables with different diameters and pretensions is carried out,and the reasonable cable diameters and pretensions are selected to optimize the cable system structure.The main loads in the design process of double-layer cable photovoltaic support are introduced in detail,the stiffness combination conditions and strength combination conditions are listed,and the first 30 modes and deformation nephogram of the structure are displayed.The results can provide reference for the type selection and design of similar projects.
