多排大跨度柔性光伏支架的振动控制研究 被引量:9

摘要 应用SAP2000软件对横向3排布置、跨度为30 m的柔性光伏支架体系进行有限元建模,分析其模态及其在风压时程下的振动状态。为考察不同振动控制方式对多排柔性支架的控制效果,分别采用2种斜向联系杆和1种垂直向刚性杆布置方式,分析其在风压时程激励下的最大位移曲线。结果表明:采用垂直向刚性杆布置方式可有效协调跨中不同考察点的上弦、中上弦、中下弦及下弦的位移、速度和加速度,降低多排柔性光伏支架的各弦在同一时刻位移不一致的程度,研究结果为今后多排柔性支架设计提供参考。 The SAP2000 software is used to perform finite element modeling on a 30 m-span flexible photovoltaic mounting system with 3 rows in the lateral direction and analyze its modal and vibration state under wind pressure time history.In order to investigate the control effect of different vibration control methods on multi-row flexible supports,two diagonal tie bars and one vertical rigid bar arrangement are used to analyze the modal and maximum displacement curve under wind pressure time history excitation.The results show that the vertical rigid rod arrangement can effectively coordinate the displacement,velocity and acceleration of the upper chord,middle upper chord,middle lower chord and lower chord at different survey points across the middle,and reduce the inconsistency of the displacement of the strings of multiple rows of flexible photovoltaic supports at the same time.The findings will provide a reference for the design of multi-row flexible supports in the future.
