摘要
能源是促进经济增长不可或缺的基本要素,但大量碳排放严重破坏生态环境。产业结构升级是推动绿色低碳发展的重要驱动力,研究产业结构升级对碳排放强度的影响具有重要意义。本文利用2007—2021年国内30个省份的面板数据,构建空间计量模型,实证研究产业结构升级对碳排放强度影响的空间溢出效应。研究发现:(1)产业结构优化不仅为当地碳排放强度的下降发挥积极作用,而且其空间溢出效应可以带动邻近地区碳排放强度的降低,但是该效应具有地区异质性。(2)产业结构升级通过技术进步影响碳排放强度。本文的研究丰富了产业结构升级和碳排放强度领域的研究。
Energy is an indispensable basic element to promote economic growth,but excessive carbon emissions have caused serious damage to the ecological environment.Industrial structure upgrading is a vital driving force to promote green and low-carbon development,thus of great importance to study the effects of industrial structure upgrading on carbon emission intensity.Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2007 to 2021,this paper constructs a spatial econometric model to conduct an empirical study on the spatial spillover effect of industrial structure upgrading on carbon emission intensity.The findings are as follows:(1)The optimization of industrial structure plays a positive role in the reduction of local carbon emission intensity,and its spatial spillover effect can lead to the reduction of carbon emission intensity in adjacent regions.However,this effect has regional heterogeneity.(2)Industrial structure upgrading affects carbon emission intensity through technological progress.This paper enriches the research on industrial structure upgrading and carbon emission intensity.
