摘要
为探索吉林省电子商务与物流配送协调发展情况,建立两者可持续协调发展模式,通过构建电子商务与物流配送指标评价体系,利用熵值法对信息进行综合权重计算,研究两者耦合协调度和障碍因子诊断模型,分析吉林省2014—2021年系统耦合协调性的演变过程与阻碍协同发展因素。结果表明:电子商务综合评价指数F(x)与物流配送综合评价指数G(x)相较之下,物流配送综合评价指数严重滞后,但电子商务与物流配送两系统耦合协调度D由0.224增至0.995,协调性整体表现优化态势,协调状态经历严重失调到优质协调的转变,使物流配送与电子商务平衡发展达到可持续协同应该加大资金投入、人才培养、基础设施建设。
In order to explore the coordinated development of e-commerce and logistics distribution in Jilin Province and establish a sustainable coordination development model between the two,this study constructed an index evaluation system for e-commerce and logistics distribution,utilizing the entropy method to calculate comprehensive weights of information.It also researched a model for the coupling coordination degree and obstacle factor diagnosis,examining the evolutionary process of systemic coupling coordination and impediments to coordinated development in Jilin Province from 2014 to 2021.Results indicate that:(1)during this period,the comprehensive evaluation index of logistics distribution[G(x)]lagged significantly behind,compared to that of e-commerce[F(x)];(2)with the coordination status transitioning from severe imbalance to high-quality coordination,the coupling coordination degree(D)between e-commerce and logistics distribution systems increased from 0.224 to 0.995,indicating an overall improvement in coordination;(3)in order to achieve sustainable synergy between logistics distribution and e-commerce,it is necessary to increase investment in funds,talent cultivation,and infrastructure construction.
