摘要
针对目前常用的轻骨料混凝土匀质性测试与评价方法存在的局限性,提出了两种具有自主知识产权的、操作简便、可量化表征的混凝土匀质性测试与评价方法,并在长期的轻骨料混凝土生产中跟踪、采集相应的测试数据,通过大量的数据分析验证两种匀质性测试与评价方法的可行性与准确性。结果表明,两种方法均能较好地表征轻骨料混凝土拌合物的匀质性,其中,对于静置的拌合物,基于重心偏移的匀质性测试方法更适用;而对于流动中的拌合物,基于分层度和流空速度的匀质性测试方法更适用。
Aiming at the limitations of the currently commonly used lightweight aggregate concrete homogeneity testing and evaluation methods,this paper proposes two concrete homogeneity testing and evaluation methods with independent intellectual property rights,simple operation and quantifiable characterization.At the same time,the corresponding test data is tracked and collected in the long-term lightweight aggregate concrete production,and the feasibility and accuracy of the two homogeneity testing and evaluation methods are verified through a large amount of data analysis.The results show that both methods can better characterize the homogeneity of lightweight aggregate concrete mixture.Among them,for the static mixture,the homogeneity test method based on the shift of the center of gravity is more suitable;But for the flow mixture,the homogeneity test method based on stratification degree and flow velocity is more suitable.
