摘要
为了得到我国夏热冬冷地区被动房能耗指标及围护结构热工参数取值,以武汉地区为例,采用正交实验法,选取外墙传热系数、屋面传热系数、太阳得热系数、外窗传热系数和全热交换率等参数构建了五因素五水平正交实验方案,运用PHPP(Passive House Planning Package)软件进行夏热冬冷地区被动房建筑能耗模拟与经济成本分析,进而得到经济适用本地区的被动房能耗指标及围护结构热工参数取值范围。结果表明,我国夏热冬冷地区建筑应用被动房可以有效降低建筑能耗;夏热冬冷地区被动房能耗指标建议取值:一次能源总需求不超过120kWh/(m^(2)·a),采暖需求不超过10kWh/(m^(2)·a),制冷需求不超过22kWh/(m^(2)·a);夏热冬冷地区被动房围护结构热工参数建议取值:外墙、屋面传热系数取0.20~0.25W/(m^(2)·K);太阳得热系数取0.40~0.60,外窗传热系数取1.00W/(m^(2)·K)。
To analyze the building energy consumption indicator standard and the building envelop thermal parameters values of passive house in hot summer and cold winter climate zone in China,the study took Wuhan as an example,heat transfer coefficient of external wall and roof,SHGC(solar heat gain coefficient),heat transfer coefficient of outer window as well as the total heat transfer rate were selected to form a orthogonal experiment with five-level and five-factor.Then the analysis on energy consumption and cost-effectiveness of a residential building in this region was carried out by PHPP(Passive House Planning Package).Finally the range of building energy consumption indexes and building envelope thermal parameters was proposed for the cost-effective passive house in hot summer and cold winter climate zone.The results show that the application of passive house in hot summer and cold winter climate zone can reduce energy consumption effectively;the recommended ranges of energy demand parameters of heating demand,cooling demand and primary energy demand are 0~10kWh/(m^(2)·a),0~22kWh/(m^(2)·a)and 0~120kWh/(m^(2)·a),respectively;the building envelop thermal parameters of heat transfer coefficient of external wall and roof,SHGC(solar heat gain coefficient)and heat transfer coefficient of outer window,and the recommended ranges of them are 0.20~0.25 W/(m^(2)·K),0.40~0.60,1.00W/(m^(2)·K),respectively.
