城市老年群体医康养需求研究——以吉林省为例

A study on the medical treatment,endowment and health care needs of urban elderly groups—Taking Jilin Province as an exampl

为了推进医康养服务体系的构建,针对我国城市老年群体医康养需求日益增长的特点,基于供给与需求视角,以吉林省城市中等收入阶层居家老年人为研究对象,本研究对城市老年群体医疗、健康、养老的多维需求进行了分析与研究。结果表明,社区诊疗以中低收入者为主、预防服务不断兴起、基本养老服务更受重视、参保和体检意识不断增强。据此,我国应从政策、资金、人才、配套及管理方面为老年群体提供切实保障。

Under the background of population aging,the demand of the urban elderly group is increasing day by day.The 14th Five-Year Plan also puts forward the policy of deepening and promoting the combination of medical treatment,endowment and health care.This paper takes the urban middle-income elderly group in Jilin Province as the research object and finds that community diagnosis and treatment is mainly for middle and low income people,and prevention services continue rising.Basic old-age care services are more important,and the awareness of participating in insurance and physical examination is increasing.Our country should provide practical guarantee for the elderly from the aspects of policy,fund,talent,supporting facilities and management.
