矩阵针法合艾灸治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of matrix acupuncture combined with moxibustion on peripheral facial paralysis of acute wind-cold type

目的:观察分析矩阵针法联合艾灸法与普通针刺法治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将42例符合诊断标准的急性期风寒型周围性面瘫患者,根据不同治法随机分为观察组和对照组各21例。治疗前及治疗中两组均予相同西医治疗,口服西药甲钴胺片、维生素B1片、阿昔洛韦片及醋酸泼尼松片;中医治疗观察组予以矩阵针法合艾灸法,对照组予以普通针刺疗法。治疗2周后,比较两组治愈时间,Sunnybrook评分,中西医结合评分及有效率。结果:观察组在治愈时间、Sunnybrook评分及中西医结合评分方面均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:矩阵针法合艾灸在治疗急性期风寒型周围性面瘫时疗效明显优于普通针刺法,值得推广。

Objective:To o bserve and analyze the clinical efficacy of matrix acupuncture combined with moxibustion and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of acute wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis.Methods:42 patients with acute stage wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,21 cases each,ac-cording to different treatment methods.Before and during treatment,both groups of patients received the same western medicine treatment,including oral administration of methylcobalamin tablets,vitamin B1 tablets,acyclovir tablets and prednisone acetate tablets;the observation group of traditional Chinese medicine treatment received matrix acupuncture combined with moxa moxibustion.The control group was given ordinary acupuncture therapy.After 2 weeks of treatment,the healing time,Sunnybrook score,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine score and effective rate of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:The observation group was better than the control group in terms of cure time,Sunnybrook score and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Matrix acupuncture combined with moxibustion is more effective than ordinary acupuncture in treating patients with acute wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis.This treatment method is worthy of promotion.
