清营汤联合西医常规治疗对脓毒血症炎性因子影响的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of Qingying Decoction Combined with Routine Treatment of Western Medicine on Inflammatory Factors of Sepsis

目的:探讨清营汤联合西医常规治疗脓毒症对炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2021—2023年6月在我院急诊重症监护室(EICU)治疗的脓毒血症患者52例,依据是否使用清营汤治疗分为对照组和治疗组各26例。对照组进行西医常规治疗,观察组加用清营汤,对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组急性生理与慢性健康状况(APACHEⅡ)评分、SOFA评分明显下降,白细胞计数(WBC)、血清降钙素原(PCT)、血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6-(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均明显降低,血清白细胞计数(WBC)、降钙素原(PCT)含量减少,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论:清营汤联合西医常规治疗脓毒血症疗效优于单纯现代医学的治疗手段,可改善临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,并改善疾病预后。

Objective:To explore the effect of Qingying decoction combined with western medicine on inflammatory factors in the treatment of sepsis.Methods:52 patients with sepsis treated in emergency intensive care unit(EICU)of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were divided into control group(n=26)and treatment group(n=26)according to whether they were treated with Qingying decoction or not.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Qingying decoction.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the scores of acute physiology and chronic health status(APACHE),SOFA score,white blood cell count(WBC),serum procalcitonin(PCT),serum C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)were significantly decreased in both groups,and the contents of serum white blood cell count(WBC)and procalcitonin(PCT)were decreased.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:The curative effect of Qingying decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of sepsis is better than that of simple modern medicine,which can improve clinical symptoms,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve the prognosis of the disease.
