血管性痴呆的中医研究进展

Research Progress of Vascular dementia in traditional Chinese Medicine

血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)一病复杂多变,虚实夹杂。伴随我国人口老龄化,血管性痴呆这一疾病已成为中老年人群的常见问题之一。中医治疗血管性痴呆既着眼于整体,又侧重于局部病情变化,达到辨证合一的目的。近年来,国内外对VD的发展现状、病因病机、辨证分型及中药治疗等方面进行了大量的研究,本文对此进行论述。

The course of vascular dementia(vascular dementia,VaD)is complex and changeable,with deficiency and excess mixed.With the aging of the population in China,vascular dementia has become one of the common problems in the middle-aged and elderly people.Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vascular dementia not only focuses on the whole,but also focuses on the changes of local disease,so as to achieve the purpose of syndrome differentiation.In recent years,a lot of research has been done on the development status,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of VD at home and abroad,which are discussed in this paper.
