摘要
目的:评价对膝关节骨性关节炎临床采用朱链针灸配合双柏散外敷治疗的效果。方法:将本院2018年2月—2019年12月收治的50例中度膝关节骨性关节炎的患者随机分组,每组25例。分别在临床治疗中实施双柏散外敷治疗(常规组)和朱链针灸配合双柏散外敷治疗(实验组),对比分析临床疗效。结果:治疗后常规组治疗总有效率(68.00%,17/25)相比实验组(92.00%,23/25)较低,且实验组治疗后的WOMAC总分、僵硬、疼痛、日常活动功能评分均显著优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:朱链针灸配合双柏散外敷治疗效果显著,既可以有效改善中度膝关节骨性关节炎患者的功能指标,又可以整体提高临床疗效。
Objective:To discuss the overall effect of Zhulian acupuncture combined with external application of Shuangbaisan in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The fifty patients with moderate knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into groups,25 cases in each group;Patients in the routine group received external application of Shuangbai powder in clinical treatment;Patients in the experimental group were treated with Zhulian acupuncture and Shuangbaisan external application,and the clinical effects of the two treatment options on the patients were compared and analyzed.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate(68.00%,17/25)of the conventional group was lower than that of the experimental group(92.00%,23/25),and the total WOMAC score,stiffness,pain,and daily activity scores of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the experi-mental group.In the routine group,compared the relevant data of the two groups of patients,there is a significant difference between the groups,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion:Zhulian acupuncture combined with external application of Shuangbaisan has a significant therapeutic effect,which can effectively improve the relevant functional indicators of patients with moderate knee os-teoarthritis and improve the overall clinical efficacy of patients.
