Seven Elements in Rural Spiritual Civilization Construction:A Field Survey Report from Meitan of Guizhou Province

农村精神文明建设是一项系统工程,是与乡村振兴各领域诸环节密切相关、贯穿农业农村现代化全过程的事业。贵州省湄潭县在全面推进乡村振兴实践中,以七要素统筹推进农村精神文明建设,坚持党建引领,成立“寨管家”工作队伍,以“群众会+”为基础发动群众,组建红白理事会,传承发扬优秀农耕文化,围绕文明实践中心,形成乡村自治、法治、德治相结合的乡村善治体系,为农村精神文明建设和移风易俗工作提供了重要的“湄潭经验”。

The construction of rural spiritual civilization is a systematic project,which is closely related to all aspects of rural revitalization and runs through the whole process of agricultural and rural modernization.In practice,Meitan County promotes rural spiritual civilization construction with seven elements as a whole,adhered to the guidance of party building,established a village butler team,mobilized the masses on the basis of mass meetings,formed a“red and white”Council,actively played cultural role,built a civilized practice center organization,and formed a moral-led rural autonomy system.It provides an important“Meitan experience”for the construction of rural spiritual civilization and the work of changing bad customs.
