“三治”结合筑基乡村振兴研讨综述

A Summary of National Rural Governance System Construction Pilot Demonstration Work Exchange Meeting on “Three Integrated Management Method for Rural Governance System to Foundations for Rural Revitalization”

2021年7月11—13日,以“三治结合筑基乡村振兴”为主题的第二期全国乡村治理体系建设试点示范工作交流会在山东省荣成市举行。会议在总结“三治”结合的实践形式,积分制、清单制等乡村治理手段创新,乡村治理与地方经济社会协同发展的实践路径基础上,分析了当前“三治”结合面临的困境,创新治理手段需要注意的问题,以及集体经济发展的症结,并就促进“三治”结合、优化乡村治理手段创新、推动集体经济与乡村治理协调发展提出一些建议。

From July 11th to 13th,2021,the second phase of the national rural governance system construction pilot demonstration work exchange meeting was held in Rongcheng City,Shandong Province,with the theme of“combining governance by autonomy,law,virtue and building a foundation for Rural Revitalization”.The meeting summarized the practical form of“three integrated management method”,the application of rural governance methods including points system and the list system,the coordinated development of rural governance and local economy and society.Based on these summaries,experts analyzed the difficulties of“three integrated management method”,innovative governance methods and the collective economic development,provided opinions and suggestions on promoting“three integrated management method”,optimizing the innovation of rural governance methods,realizing common development of collective economy and rural governance.
