“五化协同”赋能稳粮增收“稻”路——基于浙江永安村的案例分析

Energizing Revenue Increase and Grain Production Stabilization with “Five Modernizations Synergy”:Based on the Case Study of Yong’an Village of Zhejiang Province

如何在保证粮食安全的前提下实现乡村产业振兴和农民增收是目前我国农业农村发展面临的重大挑战。浙江省杭州市余杭街道粮食专业村永安村这几年围绕“粮食”做文章,充分挖掘村庄内部的潜在资源,通过品牌化、数字化、科技化、功能化和组织化,走出了一条“五化协同”赋能稳粮增收的“稻”路。本文以浙江省永安村为典型案例,通过对永安村发展阶段的系统性描述与分析,介绍永安村“五化协同”集成创新主要做法,在此基础上提出经验启示,为破解我国粮食专业村稳产增收和乡村振兴难题提供思路和建议。

How to achieve stable grain production and rural revitalization under the premise of ensuring food security is a major challenge facing China’s agricultural and rural development at present.Yong’an Village,a specialized grain village in Yuhang Street,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province,has focused on grain in recent years and fully tapped the potential resources within the village.Through brand leadership,digital efficiency improvement,technological support,function expansion,and organizational innovation,rural revitalization is achieved through“Five Modernization Synergy”.Taking Yong’an Village in Zhejiang Province as a typical case,the author introduces the main practices of Yong’an Village’s“Five Modernization Synergy”integrated empowerment innovation through a systematic description and analysis of the development stages of Yong’an Village,providing ideas and suggestions on the rural revitalization problem of stabilizing grain production and increasing farmers’income in specialized grain villages.
