摘要
研究不同基质配比对黄瓜穴盘苗生长的影响,可为新疆和田地区黄瓜穴盘育苗提供参考。采用穴盘育苗技术,把椰糠、商品有机肥、沙子按不同体积比例混配成复合基质进行黄瓜育苗,设置5个处理和1个对照。对照基质配比为椰糠∶商品有机肥=20∶1,5个处理的基质配比分别为椰糠∶沙子∶有机肥=16∶1∶1、椰糠∶沙子∶有机肥=18∶1∶1、椰糠∶沙子∶有机肥=20∶1∶1、椰糠∶沙子∶有机肥=22∶1∶1、椰糠∶沙子∶有机肥=24∶1∶1,每个处理重复3次。试验结果表明,基质配比为椰糠∶沙子∶有机肥=22∶1∶1的处理H4,培育的黄瓜幼苗综合隶属函数值较高,优于对照(椰糠∶有机肥=20∶1),长势好。在本试验条件下,椰糠∶沙子∶有机肥=22∶1∶1的椰糠型复合基质配比作为和田地区黄瓜穴盘苗生长的育苗基质,对培育黄瓜壮苗有利,可以作为和田地区日光温室黄瓜穴盘育苗的基质配比。
Studying effects of different matrix ratio on growth of cucumber hole dish seedlings,can provide reference for cucumber hole dish seedlings in Hotan area of Xinjiang.Hole dish seedling technique was applied,coconut chaff,commodity organic fertilizer and sand were mixed to form a composite substrate according to different volume proportions for cucumber seedling raising.Five treatments and one control were set.Control substrate ratio was coconut chaff∶commercial organic fertilizer=20∶1,and substrate ratios of five treatments were coconut chaff∶sand∶organic fertilizer=16∶1∶1,coconut chaff∶sand∶organic fertilizer=18∶1∶1,coconut chaff∶sand∶organic fertilizer=20∶1∶1,coconut chaff∶sand∶organic fertilizer=22∶1∶1,coconut chaff∶sand∶organic fertilizer=24∶1∶1,and each treatment was repeated three times.Results showed that comprehensive subordinate function value of cucumber seedlings was higher and better than that of the control(coconut chaff∶organic fertilizer=20∶1)when substrate ratio was coconut chaff∶sand∶organic fertilizer=22∶1∶1.Under conditions of this experiment,the ratio of coconut chaff∶sand∶organic fertilizer=22∶1∶1 was used as substrate of cucumber plug seedling growth in Hotan area,which was beneficial to cultivation of strong cucumber seedlings,and could be used as substrate ratio of cucumber plug seedling in solar greenhouse in Hotan area.
