数字资本主义是当前西方资本主义国家发展的一种新经济形态,它不仅取决于资本追求利润和剩余价值的规律,而且取决于西方资本主义国家福特主义制度向新自由主义制度演进对资本主义生产方式数字化变革的影响程度,更取决于数字平台对数字资本积累体制方式变革的重要作用,但数字资本积累的持续扩张也诱发了资本主义国家数字经济治理和数字政治治理的新危机。面对当前数字资本主义发展的全球影响,我们必须系统全面地审视制度演变、技术变革和数字资本积累的相互作用规律,把握当前数字资本主义发展的新机遇,积极应对数字资本主义发展出现的新危机,从而确保我国数字经济健康发展,并以此推动中国式现代化的高质量发展。

Digital capitalism is a new economic form in Western capitalist countries.It’s shaped by the law of capital’s pursuit of profit and surplus value,the digitization of capitalist production mode affected by the institutional evolution from Fordism to neo-liberalism system,and the digitization of capital accumulation influenced by the digital platform.The continuous expansion of digital capital accumulation has induced new crises of digital economic and political governance in capitalist countries.Facing the global influence of digital capitalism,we must systematically review the interaction of institutional evolution,technological revolution and digital capital accumulation,correctly grasp the new opportunities and actively respond to new risks in the digital economy development so as to ensure the healthy development of China’s digital economy and promote the high-quality development of Chinese path to modernization.
