目标和原则是研究生思想政治教育的方向与基本遵循。研究生思想政治教育目标的确立是立德树人根本任务的要求,是党和国家关于研究生思想政治教育的要求,必须符合研究生群体的思想实际。研究生思想政治教育要以促进研究生健康成长、全面发展和提高研究生思想政治教育实效性为目标。研究生思想政治教育原则的确定应有助于研究生思想政治教育目标的实现,并且符合研究生群体思想和学习特点。研究生思想政治教育的主要原则应坚持以研究生为本,坚持思想教育与学习研究相结合,坚持理论教育与解决实际问题相结合,坚持教育与自我教育相结合,坚持知行统一。

Objectives and principles are the direction and basic rules of ideological and political education for postgraduates.The establishment of the objectives is the requirement of the fundamental task of moral-character education,and the requirement of party and country on the ideological and political education for postgraduates,which must conform to the students’ideological reality.The objectives should be set to promote postgraduates’healthy and comprehensive development and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.The establishment of the principles should be conducive to the realization of the objectives of ideological and political education,and conform to students’ideological and learning characteristics.The main principles should be students-oriented and maintain combination of ideological education and academic study,theoretical master and practical application,general education and self-study,and conformity of knowledge and action.
