摘要
本研究以中国石竹为材料,采用0.01 mmol·L^(-1)SNP、0.01 mmol·L^(-1)PTIO、1 mmol·L^(-1)柠檬酸和1 mmol·L^(-1)苹果酸对中国石竹幼苗进行喷施,在不浇水的情况下对其形态进行观察,并对其体内的NO、H_(2)O_(2)、柠檬酸和苹果酸含量进行测量,研究了SNP、柠檬酸和苹果酸的抗旱作用及作用机理。结果表明:外施SNP、柠檬酸和苹果酸均可减轻干旱下中国石竹幼苗的萎蔫症状,提高NO、柠檬酸和苹果酸(除柠檬酸外)含量,显著降低H_(2)O_(2)含量;喷施NO清除剂PTIO使萎蔫提前,显著降低了NO含量,提高了H_(2)O_(2)含量,降低了柠檬酸和苹果酸含量。SNP、柠檬酸和苹果酸可增强中国石竹抗旱性,干旱下可清除中国石竹体内的H_(2)O_(2),提高NO含量。
In order to study the drought resistance and mechanism of SNP,citric acid,and malic acid,the Dianthus chinensis L.seedlings were sprayed with 0.01 mmol·L^(-1)SNP,0.01 mmol·L^(-1)PTIO,1 mmol·L^(-1)citric acid,and 1 mmol·L^(-1)malic acid.The morphology of seedlings was observed without watering,and the contents of NO,H_(2)O_(2),citric acid,and malic acid in the body were measured.The results showed that external application of SNP,citric acid,and malic acid could alleviate the wilting symptoms of Dianthus chinensis L.seedlings under drought,increase the contents of NO,citric acid,and malic acid(except citric acid),and significantly decrease the H_(2)O_(2)content.Spraying PTIO made the wilting earlier,significantly reduce the NO content,increase the H_(2)O_(2)content,and decrease the contents of citric acid and malic acid.In conclusion,SNP,citric acid,and malic acid could eliminate the H_(2)O_(2),and increase the NO content under drought,enhancing the drought resistance of Dianthus chinensis L..
