Research on the Goal and Strategy of China’s New Industrialization in the Two Stages of the New Journey

党的十九大对实现第二个百年奋斗目标作出分两个阶段推进的战略安排,即到二〇三五年基本实现社会主义现代化,到本世纪中叶把中国建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国。在此背景下,本文在对中国新型工业化进程和相关指标进行分析预测的基础上,以中华民族伟大复兴的百年目标为出发点,分两个时间阶段对新型工业化的目标、原则和战略进行研究,以期对擘画中华民族伟大复兴战略全局有所支撑。

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made a strategic arrangement to realize the second Centennial goal in two stages,that is,to basically realize socialist modernization by 2035,and to build China into a prosperous,strong,democratic,civilized,harmonious and beautiful socialist modern powerful country by the middle of this century.In this context,based on the analysis and prediction of China’s new industrialization process and related indicators,this paper takes the Centennial goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation as the starting point,and studies the goals,principles and strategies of the new industrialization in two stages,in order to support the overall realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
