高职电子信息高水平专业群和产业群协同发展路径探究

新一代信息技术引领产业变革,对电子信息类技术技能人才的要求日益提升。高职院校高水平电子信息类专业群的组建能集中优势资源更好地为区域产业集群发展提供高素质电子信息人才。以广东省为例,探究两者的发展现状及现存问题,并从建立动态的专业调整机制、构建良好的合作机制及构建特色教师培养机制等方面提出有针对性的策略,以期为高职院校电子信息类专业群与产业群的协同发展提供适切的建议。

The new generation of information technology is leading the industrial transformation,and the demand for skilled talents with electronic information technology is increasing day by day.The establishment of high-level electronic information majors in higher vocational colleges can provide high-quality electronic information talents for the development of regional industrial cluster.Therefore,the paper takes Guangdong province as an example to explore the current status of the development of industrial group and discover the existing problems.Targeted strategies are proposed to provide appropriate suggestions for the coordinated development of higher vocational electronic information major groups and industrial groups.
